Introduced to basic Pilates method as a dancer, fell in love with the gentle strengthening exercises as an injury rehabilitation. Pilates Mat method is invaluable for protecting the back and entire body form the risk of repetitive strain. However, Susan has added to the original Pilates Mat method with myofascial hydration exercises and the addition of some bone building work.
Classes are therefore limited to just 4 people in her home in Malaga centro. She is also available to travel to your accommodation in the Malaga area, for one to one and small classes.
