Our 200 Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training course in Malaga was established in 2010 by leading yoga expert and Course Director Susan Church . It is presented by three highly experienced and qualified tutors and is accredited by the Yoga Alliance professionals
We pride ourselves on offering a fresh approach to learning and our biggest joy is to see you teach yoga with confidence and compassion. Creating a quality experience for our students is paramount and our ultimate goal is develop you into a strong and knowledgeable yoga teacher by the end of your time with us.
The course is split into 3 distinct modules. Combined they become a Yoga Teaching Diploma, but all can be taken separately by anyone wishing to deepen a practice , or revisit modules from a previous teacher training.
Module 1 : Practice Immersion.
For 10 days, we will explore in detail, Asana, Pranayama, Philosophy and beginners Nidra techniques that can be incorporated into your practice. We will also introduce the fundamentals of Anatomy to better understand our bodies in a pose. How we move, how we breathe and how some other systems in our bodies help us to achieve Yoga.
Module 2 : Grow your flow- Bring Vinyasa into your Yoga Sequences.
This 8 day course will develop your understanding of practice and teaching Vinyasa Flow. It will give you the tools to create exceptional sequences by deconstructing poses, adding themes and goals and developing an easy template for modifications and progressions.
Module 3: Yoga Teaching reboot
This 7 day course will develop your understanding of teaching. How to communicate effectively without becoming pedantic or dogmatic. What should be happening in a pose. Why it might not be, and how to guide the student safely to make it happen.
During our 200 Hour yoga teacher training course, each day starts with class practice and meditation. This is followed by classroom work where we cover key course modules including teaching methodology, asana breakdown, class sequencing and anatomy and philosophy. We close each day with Yoga Nidra. There is one half-day of free time each week included in the programme so you can explore the city and local activities.

How to Book
Full yoga teacher training, teacher training manual, course materials and examination fee cost is €1799.
You can pay a deposit or pay in full. After the deposit is paid, you choose how to pay the balance, providing the full fee is paid by day 1 of training.
Please note flights, food and accommodation are not included, but Malaga is an inexpensive place to do your training with a range of options available to suit your budget.
